Alan’s reputation is that he is a no-nonsense marketing authority who believes “it’s not advertising unless you sell something.” With a roster of marketing heavyweights, you would be hard pressed to watch television without seeing one of Alan’s brand building messages.

Dino Rotondo
President
Dino is a 35-year veteran of the marketing and advertising industry. A career that started in 1985 in automotive, he is now a disciple of the Sussman Way. With a focus on brand building and brand management, Dino instituted a five-step process for the Agency utilizing analytics and measurement to drive results.

Ashleigh Hollowell
SVP Automotive
Ashleigh joined the Agency in 2017 after nine years in the automotive marketing segment where she focused on strategic experiential marketing at one of the preeminent automotive agencies in the world. She brings that wealth of brand-level knowledge to both national automotive manufacturing work and to the highly-competitive dealership level.

Amanda Hernandez
SVP Production Services
Amanda is an advertising team leader with 15 years of traditional, digital, event and media experience; all driven by a passion for process and relationship building. She is responsible for leveraging the latest consumer insights and project management processes to drive creative campaigns and deliver results for her clients. She offers thoughtful leadership, unique perspectives and approaches each project with realism, organization, a sense of humor and a rock-solid process.

David Doolittle
EVP Creative Director
David’s creative leadership at The Sussman Agency over the past decade has produced a culture of daring ideas and a commitment to effectiveness in today’s traditional and every-changing social/digital world. David adopted Alan Sussman’s philosophy of embedding a strong sense of influencing consumer behavior in all the agency’s work. David has received numerous nations awards and accolades including the Effie Award, which honors the most effective marketing communication ideas worldwide. Simply said, he demonstrates the ability to connect with his intended audience and drive results.
David follows what he calls a simple philosophy for successful creative: Either touch the heart, challenge the mind, create a smile, or motivate the spirit.

Susan Stallings
EVP Creative Director
Susan is an award-winning Creative Director whose motto is simple: Be nice and do great work. For nearly two decades, she has led creative and strategic teams working in physical and digital playgrounds across all different sectors. Susan has overseen integrated campaigns across emerging channels, TV, print, digital and social, as well as leading rebranding and design efforts for large-scale, corporate identity systems. She believes that building strong relationships on every level helps to deliver strategic and emotionally resonant creative that also successfully achieves business goals.

Katie Karpowicz
EVP Associate Media Director
Katie is a highly skilled and dynamic media professional with extensive experience in numerous product categories and mediums. With 14+ years of marketing experience, she Co-Directs the Media Department with Karen Barbaro. She has played an integral role in developing annual marketing plans, executing media buys and analyzing campaign performance against client KPIs.

EVP Associate Media Director
Over 35 years as a media strategist, planner and buyer, with vast experience giving clients a distinct competitive advantage in the market. Oversee the strategy, execution, analysis and development of media across all platforms. Experience includes planning and placement of all media including, broadcast, print, outdoor and digital marketing for all size accounts, local to national. Specialize in out-of-the-box strategic thinking to maximize metrics and exceed KPIs. Known for talent in identifying lucrative media partnerships, negotiating and leveraging budget-extending added value and creating cutting-edge, unique promotional opportunities for clients. Focus on developing a real understanding of client’s business as well as their budget, in order to leverage media partnerships. Not a stranger to setting goals and achieving milestones, Karen has five black belts and teaches women’s self-defense in her spare time.

EVP Strategic Consumer Marketing
A senior marketing executive and trailblazer with a passion for advertising and connecting brands to the right audiences. Lisa has deep media marketing, consultative selling, and business development experience working across both sides of the desk. As a proven leader, mentor, and motivator, she is adept at translating client needs into breakthrough campaigns and omnichannel solutions by embracing advancements in emerging technologies, pushing the envelope in pursuit of innovation, and making the complex simple.

Marc Yeager
SVP Finance
Marc is an experienced financial controller who has been an integral part of our organization for the past 15 years. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and cash management. He also oversees the company's accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax reporting. Marc is a trusted advisor to our senior leadership team, providing financial insights and strategy that have played a key role in helping Sussman achieve its strategic goals.

Matt Meares

A new player to The Sussman Agency, Matt comes to the team with an extensive background across several industries in all facets of Operations, Finance and Executive Management. He will draw on his significant experience to lead the team in its efforts to streamline company operations and develop the organizational structure and efficient processes necessary to support the next exciting chapter of growth for Sussman.

With over 12 years of digital marketing experience, Mike oversees our Sussman Digital Media Services (SDMS). He has held leadership positions in some of the largest media companies and excels in strategy development, execution, and campaign optimization. His wealth of experience spans all things digital but is focused on new and emerging media including OTT/CTV, Multi-touch Attribution (MTA), Media Mix Modeling (MMM), and correlating campaign results with real business outcomes.
